The Problem
Talking-head and short-form footage is full of false starts, pauses, and extra takes. Cutting that by hand takes longer than filming it, and most AI editors upload the whole video to do it.
Our Solution
AutoCut is a full editor on iPhone: trim, split, and layer text, music, and effects, with word-by-word captions generated on device and exports framed for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. AI Edit is optional and metered in minutes of raw footage. The first 15 minutes are free; paid plans add a monthly allowance. Every AI edit can be reviewed and undone before you post.
Business Impact
Editing, captions, and exports never leave the iPhone. AI Edit uploads audio-only copies after an in-app consent screen, through Thinkbyte's backend to OpenAI, without storing the media. No ads and no cross-app tracking. Subscriptions go through Apple and RevenueCat.
